Here is my doodle for today. I like to let my mind go and draw without thinking too much. Its very therapeutic and relaxing. If you want to try some therapeutic doodles, don’t have a plan of what you want to draw. Start by drawing shapes and letting whatever appears on the page. The more you doodle, the more ideas will naturally come. It’s a fun exercise using the creative part of the mind, the right brain. Remember, it’s about the process not the end result. You can’t go wrong with a doodle!
